Fans of hot sauce can only use their favorite sauces on wings, ribs, eggs, dips, etc. so many times before, well, they start getting a little bored.
Thankfully this recipe from the Baltimore Sun’s B’More Green blog gives hot sauce lovers a new, tasty alternative: Mushroom Pancake Salad.
It only requires a teaspoon of hot sauce, but the tastes of savory mushroom pancakes, fresh vegetables and the Greek yogurt makes a mouth water just by mention alone. We’re thinking a garlicky or herb-based sauce would be best as something very peppery might overpower the dish.
