Talon, the weapon of birds of prey, rapier-like in its efficiency to killor maim their victims. The Fatalii, a Central South African Habanero, is shaped much like a talon. The Red Savina Habanero is the Guinness Book of World Record's "hottest spice". I put these two tongue torching chiles together to create one of the hottest non-extract sauces I have ever tasted. Truly a fire that will challenge the limits of the most ardent "Chilehead". I don't know if this sauce will maim you, but it's piercing heat is definitely worthy of the name.
