This sauce was the first in the Blair's A.M. line. Blair made 2 A.M. in order to clear the bar at the end of the night, hence the name 2 A.M. It is hand signed by Blair (no longer numbered) and packaged in a cool designer bottle, sealed with red wax and the trademark Blair's death skull.
