Well, I decided to post my favorite sauces. Though are always changing, these have been a stable in my refrigerator

Not for anything, but  (1) Green Bandit Cilantro is always in my fridge. It has amazing flavor, and I love what it does to rice and beans. Whatever Mexican food I bring into my apartment gets a little dose of this. Yum!

(2) Nun Dun Better Chile Mustard is by far the best mustard on hot dogs; forget the relish, it’s already in there. My lamb marinade always has this in it. It adds a little kick….Girls seem to dig it as well, so it’s a big hit.

3344512733_d463e2dd86(3) Ring of Fire Original Steak Sauce: To be totally honest, I’m not a huge fan of most steak sauces, but this one absolutely rocks. I found that it’s best to use it at the end of your grilling and let the sauce coat and carmelize. The final result is a really amazing meal. I put it on all my meats. It has a little heat, but nothing crazy.

(4) Amazon Chipotle:  I am very sad that the Amazon line has been discontinued. All their sauces were of high quality, but the chipotle sauce was a favorite on chicken; it also worked really well with seafood. Just pour some over, let it sit, add a little lemon and enjoy.

(5) Marie Sharp’s Hot Sauce: All Sharp’s sauces have a very unique flavor profile. As you all may know, I am not one to go full blast into the Belizean Heat or the No Wimps Allowed (Guess that makes me a wimp, huh?), yet the hot sauce remains on the front shelf of my fridge. I always seem to be putting it on my Chicken Parm. This sauce just adds a quick kick to anything. It has a little bit of a carrot note, and a sweet heat from the habaneros. It beats up all the hot sauces you find on the shelf.

(6) Peppermasters Bahamas BBQ: This is a very obscure choice. I know the label is rather bland, and the company has done rather little marketing in the U.S. All that set aside, Peppermasters entire line is very complex and rather extensive, yet all the sauces are well-crafted. The Bahamas BBQ sauce is the one that remains in my fridge. It has a peppery, sweet, rich flavor with a really nice kick at the end. I rub this all over pork and always add it to my General Tso’s chicken. I also personally enjoy the Raspberries in Heat and Red Savina Mango. You should try one of these sauces. I think you’ll be impressed.

(7) Chai Chipotle ‘Chup: What a great ketchup! Intensity Academy hit a home run with this sauce. It has replaced Heinz in my fridge completely. It has that tea back note and a little smoky kick from the chipotle. I put it on my burgers and mix it with the Nun Dun Better to spread it on my hot dogs. I’m sure you can find so much to do with this stuff. A must-have.

(8) Defcon Habby Horse: This sauce is a favorite of all my uncles who always instruct me to bring some of it whenever we have a family dinner. They just eat it straight; I mix it into my soup, salads, put it on burgers, etc. It has really strong notes, but really does help you breathe…. Oh fish! …I almost forgot: This sauce is amazing on fish. Just rub it all over a fillet and you’ll see what I mean.

(9) Bee Sting Honey ‘N Habanero: This is a very interesting sauce. Every time I feel a little under the weather, I make this tea: peppermint tea, honey, lemon, maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne. So, this sauce actually became my substitute for the honey and the cayenne; it really works! Great, sweet flavor with a big hit from the habanero. I’ve started to add a bit to my honey orange chicken and anything sweet. Try putting this on top of an orange: Strange, I know, but most of us who love hot sauce are a little off.

My last, but of course not least, is (10) Scorpion Bay Hotaccado. Ok, so this has just recently entered my fridge, I haven’t really found much to do with this yet, but all my guests love it. I just put some on the side and we add it to out existing guacamole. I have added it to ceviche, too. It really adds a ton of flavor.

Look out for more of my recommendations/favorites soon.

Happy Holidays to all!
