Mad Dog’s 357 Mad Dog Pepper Extract is a product I am only ready to endorse to people who crazy enough to think that a sauce with 5 MILLION Scoville heat units is a good idea.
This sauce is about as hot as hot gets. I think this sauce makes an excellent gift for the very serious hot-sauce lovers in your life, but I cannot stress enough the importance of reading the warning that is attached to the bottle (the fact that there is a warning to begin with should tell you a lot about how serious this sauce is).
By opening the bottle, you agree that you are of sound mind and body (oops! Sorry, crazy folks, maybe this sauce isn’t for you) and that you understand the potential damage that can be done by consuming something this spicy. Beware.
