I also a member a of you tube. I do a lot of sauces ! I have a sauce that is over the edge that is off the chart..I have had these sauces for quite sometime many people have tasted them but no one has been able to say those words a Bar-bar- Que man would hate to hear," THAT'S NOT HOT!!! " being pretty fortunate I've been blessed to never hear those words muttered and thats exactly what you do after tasting the" DEVIL"S REVENGE"it's true I've had'em swim 1/4 way accross the columbia river ,come back and they are still to HOT so they take another dip, the rest is history never spoke to'em again. Never seem'em again!. Just a bit of advice for you though I would taste a little less sauce in my spoon when tasting those different sauces also, put the sauces on the front of your tongue rather the back of your throat. The DEVIL'S REVENGE would not be a pretty thing for you nor would it have pity for you. once you taste it, its with you for fifteen minutes whether you want it or not, and by the way water,milk, yogart,bread doesn't cool the fire. It would be a fun vid to watch!!!! thanks for your vids, keep'em com'n we definately will be here. watching John Barnes
